I received my order of the duo heart fingerprint necklace for my wife as she lost her son earlier this year. After contacting inscripture beforehand with a few questions, they were very helpful and professional, nothing was to much trouble. I am massively impressed with it, the fingerprint and the personal engraving on the reverse are so very sharp and easily visible. I’m sure it’s going to make her cry on Xmas day (in the best possible way) buying online can, on occasions be a risky business but with this I’m seriously impressed…….. I’ll be back
