This is an excellent product. It looks fantastic, it is a good weight and looks really good. The chain is thin but has a distinctive look to it and the Urn itself has that air of quality and class that is very noticeable. I bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. I had her mum's handwriting added to it, so it is even more special and you can add ashes to the urn, if you would like. It comes beautifully packaged, with instructions on cleaning, maintaining its shine and adding ashes. The addition of the handwriting did not slow down what was a super-fast delivery from Inscripture and their communication was fantastic. They corresponded at all stages of the transaction and sent a follow-up email, which was much appreciated. I cannot recommend this company and this item more highly.

I am over the moon about the product as a matter of fact I am going to be in touch to see if they can do the same product but in Silver which is what my partner thought it was. That is his fault for not reading the description. Above all he said that service was incredible as there were a few issues with the photos he sent in but Inscriptions were quick, responsive, amazing when you think it was only a few days before Christmas! They dispatched the order on the 23rd and it was received on Christmas Eve before 1pm, as it was a Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm service that they used. They did not have to do that and my partner said not once did he say anything about getting it in time for Christmas. So yes we are happy with Inscriptions and highly recommend their products and service, thankyou for a gift which in our eyes is priceless.
