Beautiful, great quality and excellent replication of handwriting which was also perfectly proportioned and positioned in relation to the heart charm size/shape. The bracelet is delicate but substantial enough to not be fragile. The robin charm is adorable and small enough to not be annoying when wearing it. Quick and efficient service. I received a fast response to my email and the production/delivery timeline was short. Love that the engraving is filled with black, and it’s deep enough not to be rubbed away but not so deep that it is obvious it’s engraved which is a nice touch.

Very poor quality bracelet. Wore for one day and ended up with a scratch across the front and writing. Paid £101.95 their answer to the problem was to pay another £10 and they would get me another charm sent out which I would obviously have to attach to the bracelet myself.

As advised by our customer service team, damage upon wear is not covered by our warranty unfortunately - as this is not a manufacturing or quality fault. The price of the charm ordered is £39 however we understand the sentimental value behind each purchase made and therefore offered to replace the charm at a discounted cost of £10 as a gesture of goodwill which we would have attached for you. We are sorry if you feel this wasn't a fair resolve.
