Absolutely over the moon with this product. I was a bit sceptical about how similar the writing would be. But when I opened up the gift box and saw the beautiful charm I burst into tears. It was perfect. The writing was that of my Nan, who passed away in August, and the charm was a gift for my mums birthday. A very emotional moment when my mum realised her new charm had her own mums writing on it. An amazing, precious and personal gift. Great value for money too.
