Our Niece passed away and we wanted to get her father a fingerprint charm for his bracelet. Her fingerprints were pretty smooth, almost non existent and of obviously all we could do was use what we had. Inscripture were brilliant from start to finish, answered all my questions, called me when they felt her full print wasn't strong enough to be what we wanted and suggested an enlarged part print of which they had already began, to show me what it would look like and of course after a couple of questions we went ahead. We always knew it wouldn't quite be what we'd have hoped for if her print was stronger, but that was her. Never the less we were thrilled when it arrived and Can't thank them enough. My brother is going to love it.
