I bought two of these on behalf of my mum, one for her and one for my sister for her birthday. Our dad recently passed away and his finger prints were etched onto the charm. There was excellent communication throughout. I think what I love the most is that when you run your finger across the charm, you can feel his print. I will be purchasing on for myself.

Your order was dispatched on the 22nd December, Royal Mail were on strike on the 23rd & 24th, closed for Christmas & Boxing Day, then have delays from their strike action which is why we recommended upgraded delivery, but we hope this will be with you shortly.
