I’m very disappointed in this product I purchased as a gift. I spoke via email regarding seeing a pre view of the necklace before it was printed as you cannot on the website and I was told this would be the case however it was not and I received the order and the picture isn’t clear at all, had I seen a preview I would of chose a different picture as it is for a keepsake gift.

I have reviewed your email correspondence in which you were advised you could request a proof in the order notes at the checkout but unfortunately the only note left was to remove the background so our production team would have been unaware of your preference to see your necklace prior to production.
