We have reviewed the photos that were supplied and they are truly beautiful images of your mum, so we’re genuinely sorry that the finished engraving did not meet your expectations. As with all photo engravings, the result is created from the exact image provided and translated into an engraving format, which can sometimes appear different from a standard photograph due to the way the detail and shading are reproduced on metal.
When you contacted us, we were more than happy to recreate the piece for you in the hope that the second engraving would better reflect what you were hoping for, so we’re sorry that even the replacement did not feel quite right for you.
