I purchased this braclet as a birthday gift for my Mom. With the loss of my Nan at the start of the year, my Mom was feeling very low about not having her own Mom here to celebrate with for the first time in 51 years. When I saw this advertised, I knew it was the right gift to give to my Mom for her birthday this year. I used an old birthday card my Nan had written to my Mom last year, so that my Mom had a little message to keep near her not just on her birthday, but all year round! The bracelet is lovely itself, however the only downside is that it becomes loose every 10 minutes and you constantly check your wrist to make sure its still there. The customer service however has been very friendly and helpful and have sent out a replacement very quickly. Thank you!
