Ordered for my wife. She wanted her late parents handwriting on the pendant (1 on each side). I admit I was somewhat sceptical, and I am very glad to say I was very wrong! The engraving is just as though her parents had written it, the quality is spot on and most importantly the missus is absolutely overjoyed with it, and I know she will treasure it enormously.
