delivery and a choice of fonts for an inscription on the reverse were very good. In fact, apart from wanting the jump ring soldered (it wasn’t) and wanting a 24” chain (I received a 22” one), everything was of good quality.

I would of gave this a 5star rating as I love it for a gift for one of my family members but unfortunately only the heart came and no necklace it’s been a week now and I still haven’t heard anything back from them and I’ve paid full price
