Ordered a charm with my Mums writing on for my sister. I received the bracelet very quickly and it was perfect. The bracelet is of good quality and its as if Mum has written directly onto the charm. I was surprised how fast I received it - less than a week. I would highly recommend and will be ordering another on for myself.
