Omg what can I say but thank you, to have my sons hand writing on a bracelet that I can cherish as well as wear. The hand writing came off a Mother’s Day card he made a few days before. Jordan died the day after Mother’s Day so it’s even more special to me. Thank you so much

I have reviewed your email correspondence and can see you emailed on Friday afternoon in which you should have received an auto-reply stating we aim to respond with 24 hours excluding weekends. I can however see that Natalie emailed you on Sunday in response to your concerns to advise unfortunately our warranty does not cover loss of a charm inclusive of jump loop & offered a resolution to your issue.
