I love the concept of this product and how special it is to be able to use my loved ones handwriting on a piece of jewellery which will become a treasured keepsake. I was delighted to receive my necklace which was perfect and emotional all at the same time! It was very poignant to be able to wear it to my Auntie’s funeral and was much admired by many people. Can’t recommend this company enough , my sister lost her necklace I had ordered 3 years ago after my dad passed away with a handwritten message on it. This had so much sentimental value so I contacted the customer service team who assured me it was no problem to have remade and even gave me a discount code as a returning customer the necklace arrived in no time and was exactly as the order I placed 3 years early amazing customer service and quality thank you so much.

Order this as a gift for my sister on Saturday bearing in mind it’s engraved to a tee with our parents handwriting it arrived so quickly. 4 days! Communication was superb! I’ve not seen the necklace myself but my sister has said the quality is really good
