I was so pleased with my purchase. The workmanship and quality is fantastic.

The necklace is scratched and tarnished after a few days and won’t shine up with a Lindt free cloth as suggested. The heart is light and flimsy and the tag is ugly and bulky that attaches to the necklace. I’m thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. It was a keepsake for my sister who passed away a few months ago and it looks like trash after a few days wear.

The heart pendant is crafted with a solid depth for durability, and the jump loop is intentionally designed to be sturdy and secure, ensuring your keepsake remains safe over time. Both the pendant and jump loop are clearly shown in our product images on our website to provide a true representation of their design before purchase.
While light surface marks can naturally occur with daily wear, they can often be improved with proper care. We recommend using a high-quality jewellery polish, such as Town Talk Jewellery Cream Polish, to help restore shine and reduce surface marks.
