The Charm is lovely, I thinner than I expected but still nice however the chain is very disappointing and came all knotted up and unable to untangle, they are refunded this cost of the chain as it’s not the same as the advertised picture of it so hopefully I will get my refund for this, also very disappointed as they advertised a free gift with orders in February but was told I’d not used the correct code, so sad when I’ve spent over £60 and am returning the chain due to it being faulty, especially sad when you are still grieving for the loss of my mum and now having to deal with this issue, not much compassion in my opinion nor any offer for the inconvenience caused. You live and learn 😢
