Having lost my mother in law just a couple of weeks ago which in itself is painful but just before Christmas was especially hard on the family. My 12 year old daughter came to me after some research and had found this website that could personalize jewelry. We sent in a picture of her last birthday card that her grandma wrote and chose what kind of necklace she would like. The staff were so helpful and personally called me with advice on how it was best to do it. We have now received the necklace that was remarkably quick in being made and delivered and we are just blown away with it. All the family have seen it and are in awe of it. I will definitely be purchasing something for my son once he decides on what the right thing is for him.
