Their FX3100 router is just flat out terrible. The service they provide isn’t great either. My router can’t support a guest network and their only troubleshooting is to restart the device which has already been done dozens of times. I would avoid at all costs

Inseego sells modems to third parties that may or may not be trustworthy or reputable. When their stuff fails, very often unfortunately, one is left to talk with the vendor they bought it from. Inseego is not communicative nor very helpful. I sent them my logs from a failed modem and I'm still waiting to hear back from them after nearly a week. I think Inseego is more than willing to sell you stuff, they are not willing to back it up, and they take no responsibility for stuff they sell to others. If one is looking for customer service then look somewhere else.

actually zero support. emails to them are summed up as first restating issue with denial of its existence then promptly telling you to ask your carrier for support. YOU MAKE THESE DEVICES, WHY CAN'T YOU HELP MEEE!

Poor customer service from Inseego UK and mediocre product performance. When I wanted to upgrade my fleet telematics their apathetic approach was frustrating. There are much more customer focussed providers out there with far better systems - even if they may be more expensive.
