I ordered a Dyzon hairdryer. Was ok initially and then it malfunctionned after 6 months. As it was under garantee, I contacted and I sent it to Dyson for repair. They then wrote back and informed it is a fake product !! JUST AVOID TRONIC FACOTRY and any other online site with branded products.

The serial number on Box and the product were different ,stupid of me to figure out this late and since this was my first purchase online and especially of Dyson I could not figure out earlier that it was fake until i understood one barrel is not working and then registered with Dyson and they sent replacment. To my surprise they were different and neat finish. Now i could see the difference in fake and new and today when i called Dyson to understand next steps i figured out the serial numbers are messed up , Such a fake company. Avoid buying from this website . The phone is not reachable and mail sent.

Bought an Dyson airwrap. It malfunctioned after 4 months. Send it back after contacting them. Proof of acceptance and now 3 weeks radio silence. Worried after having read all the information below.

Never buy an article from this webshop. They are scammers! €400,00 never paid back after returning an article.

I bought a "Dyson Airwrap" which turned out to be fake. I returned it, the return was accepted and received. Now, more than 3 weeks later, I still have not received the refund. I am chasing every day but no response.

Scam company!
They sent me broken Dyson and i returned it and after weeks, im still not getting a reply. Its such a shame, companies like this still exist!

received fake dyson airwrap. Customer service stopper answering. its been almost 2 months. no dyson, no money...

My wife bought Dyson Airwrap. They claim its cheaper because of exclusion of VAT or smth like that. Product box was scrappy and opened before multiple times , inside was a fake Dyson airwrap with multiple manufacturing defects and crappy build dyson heads. Glad that return procedure was smooth and money got returned. Would advise for them to check their stock. As selling counterfeit items is against the EU law.
