While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

They promise updates they don't…

They promise updates they don't deliver, lie about them and make you lose precious time by waiting for nothing, then they make you feel like you're delusional for asking about the update, weeks without tickets being answered, for the money it's a very unprofessional company and they do not care about their clients at all as the other comments here express clearly, if l could get a refund l would but they are so shady they don't even do that, just check the other comments, totally regret it! also, do not get the commerce framer template, everything started because of buying that templates that needs their frameship plugin with the most expensive license, a full trap and l blame Hamza Ehsan for involving us with this company.

Misleading feature claims - refused to refund

VideoFrame's own product page lists "Framer CMS integration" as a supported feature, and their FAQ states the plugin integrates "seamlessly" with Framer. Neither is true in any meaningful sense. The product cannot handle dynamic CMS workflows - a standard, widely-used Framer feature - making it unfit for the purpose their advertising implies.

I cancelled on the same day as purchase, before using the product, and requested a refund under their own policy. They refused, despite the clear gap between what's advertised and what the product actually delivers.

This falls under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - digital content must be as described. I'm now pursuing a chargeback. Avoid if you're planning any CMS-based setup in Framer.

Refund requested within hours, denied a week later without proper review

purchased the product Framer Blocks by Insert Frame and, within a few hours, realized it did not deliver what was promised on the sales page. The product did not meet the expectations created by its description and was not suitable for my intended use.
I requested a refund on the same day as the purchase, in good faith and shortly after identifying the mismatch between what was presented and what was delivered.
Only one week later, I received a response denying the refund. The reply was generic and rigid, stating that refunds are only granted in cases of technical bugs, and dismissing unmet expectations without any attempt to assess the situation or review the case individually.
What disappointed me most was not the existence of a refund policy, but how it was applied: with no nuance, no dialogue, and no consideration that the expectations were shaped by the company’s own messaging.
I believe there is significant room for improvement in how customer feedback and refund requests are handled — especially when they are made promptly and in good faith.
