Necklace doesn’t look like my horses markings. It’s almost like they got half his face right and just gave up on the other half. Very disappointed considering the price I wasn’t even going to be upset about the terrible quality chain if the charm itself was good. But considering neither were I am very disappointed and won’t be recommending this to others in the horse community.

Said my order was delivered. Never came. Cant get post office to respond to my request as they asked me to do. Just want my money back and shouldn’t have to do all the work. No photo of the drop off or anything. Don’t order from them.

Personal designed gifts were an excellent idea for my grandchildren graduations.

This is the cheapest piece of garbage I have ever seen. Looks nothing like the picture whatsoever. Highly disappointed and displeased. Will never again shop from your site. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

The Horse studs that were sent were not stirling silver, which is what I payed for, instead you sent cheap silver coloured ones.
You also charged me postage when it said free postage.
I want my 100% refund.

This is a Chinese scam operation! Don't waste your money!!
I did NOT get the item I ordered. I've attempted several times to send an email with photos to show you how many ways it's wrong. Your site keeps saying it's not sendable, "file too large".
What was illustrated on your site was advertised as vintage fullgrain leather hand stitched personalized music binder with interior pockets, nice features to organize and double snap closure. What I received was a regular vinyl folder (damaged in shipping due to lack of decent packaging) with no pockets, no closure, no features promised and an ill fitted cheap spring clasp for flimsy sheet protectors and an unwanted stained memo pad. It was junk! Unfortunately, a gift which embarrassed me to give.
I've emailed this company with multiple photos proving my claim. They keep sending a meaningless reply offering discounts to keep a cheap piece of junk instead of my full refund. Total SCAM!!!

The bracelet is beautiful but it's the wrong saint. I attempted an e-mail to customer service but the e-mail was returned. I wouldn't be surprised if this company is a Communist Red China plot just to gain access to our financial information & collect e-mails to hack. Stay away!

I would give this negative 5 stars if it would allow. Classic bait and switch. Everything about this company is pure unfiltered shit. Not even a Damascus blade., half the size as advertised. Basically the worst piece of shit. I would’ve preferred if they just scammed me out of the money rather than send me those laughable, useless, comically horrible cheap pieces of shit. Avoid at costs.

Terrible customer service. Received COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS - cheaply printed, one sided pieces of paper packaged in ziplock bags and not giftable! Not packaged in giftable cloth bags with stickers! Nothing like advertised! Contacted company the day I received these 3 sets of paper junk to get a ful refund but they responded 2 days later saying they only offer a 20% refund! I replied that it is unacceptable and still have gotten no response! Should not have to pay for fake products!

I ordered a gift for a new baby on June 1 and paid for the gift to be delivered within 7 to 12 days
It’s now June 18th and all I get is a Chinese response “be patient”
This baby will be in high school before I get this gift

This product came out perfect they got my daughter’s pony perfect! And I was also so grateful because she had a still born pony that we were able to get a photo of and they got his likeness perfect as well. I couldn’t be more happy with this product especially with how excited my daughter was!

Not at all what I expected. Small, poor quality.

Do NOT order from this company!! They sent the WRONG item plus it is broken. They are only willing to give a partial refund because there’s not a “quality issue”. Their policy specifically states if they send the wrong item or it’s defective, they will issue a refund. It’s a lie.

Tracking number says nothings been happening since may 4th (it’s the 29th today) my fiancé who works for usps says that the company they say is delivering the package is a scam
Site. I will update if this comes, customer service always replies so I was hoping I wasn’t out a graduation present for my daughter but we shall see and not looking promising…

Sent wrong item, refusing to give me a refund or ship the correct item. Said it’s not a quality issue, how is the complete wrong item not qualified for a refund

Super scam, ordered a crib board, never came. 6w later they say I can cancel the order for a 30% restocking fee. They aren't even bothering to drop ship from temu any more since they have my money in the bank.
Update: they just asked me to contact their customer service after this review was left, like they might do something about it, but we went back and forth a dozen times already. This adds an extra layer of scammyness to them!
