Tried 5 times to purchase a item from this site with negative results each time.
No customer service number or even a email address to contact them. When I try to “ open discussion” it won’t go through either🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

The product is not what it is portrayed as. The parcel took 8 weeks to get to me and i had to chase it up myself.

i'm hoping a good first impression from you guys but it turns out very disappointing. i could say poor customer services. the admin didn't helping me finding my order. been waiting for a month, they gave me the tracking site (which looks so dodgy), and the number of the customer service of the logistic (which no one was answering). and i think they will not follow up this issue.

Buyer beware, received my cloud storage intelligent camera, will not connect with my phone or WiFi router, contact customer support apart from being instructed to try again or try this and spending even more hours trying still will not connect. Have asked for return details but am getting nowhere with them. Am now going through my credit card company to get my money refunded.

I have just bought Multi Purpose Cleaner & polisher from Insglam which I received this morning in the post. Delivery was very quick and I already tried it out on some copper pipes that I have in my Bathroom that I was going to box in as they were very dull & dirty looking. Wow they are now so clean and shiny that I am so glad that I made a feature of them and they just look amazing with very little effort on my part. I just put this cleaner on and gently rubbed them for a while. I am so delighted with this product and Insglam Site,

Avoid - Poor Quality Products and Appalling Customer Service

In January I saw an all-in-trimmer advertised on a social media platform. The product sold by Insglam was $23.75 (approx £18).

When the product arrived I was very disappointed with the build quality of the shaver and decided to return the item as I was dissatisfied. I checked Insgam’s return and refund policy but there was no return address and no information was supplied with the product.

I contacted customer support and received a completely unhelpful response.
They reluctantly provided a return address when I threatened to post details of my experience on social media.

I returned the item to the address in Shanghai, China on 24 January, at my expense (approx £5.00). I waited for my money to be refunded.

In the absence of a refund I contacted customer support once more on 7 March. Again the response was unhelpful and obstructive. I can confirm that the item was posted on 24 January but I cannot prove the item has been received.

I would avoid Insglam like the plague. Their products appear to be of poor quality and you are likely to be dissatisfied. Despite the claims on their website they do not provide 100% satisfaction guaranteed - quite the reverse.

Insglam is not a scam but it is a bad faith company.
