I'm amazed how good the clothing is for the price..e.g 4euro for long sleeve cotton t.shirts .I bought some super kickflair trousers for 12 euro.They looked great .For a young person,which I am not ,you could have a new wardrobe every 6 maths .Oh to be 17 yrs again
Bad service
I had bought some underpants in inside d.17/7. So on the day we have to fly home, I will check if they are okay by opening the package. Two of the underpants are then broken in the side. We go down there, but they can't do anything and say it's too much trouble for me. They will never trade or let me buy anything else. They were so uncaring and the woman behind the cashier spoke so unpleasantly to us. Really bad service. We were there on 21/7.
I was up at the time of so called delivery! Who delivers before 5 am. I have looked at reviews it seems my package wasn't the only one that wasn't delivered! It appears this company is a scam. I am glad I used my cash app card. I will be disputing this transaction! Plus they don't give you a real tracking number for a real delivery carrier !
Appalling customer service (at the store in Corralejo, Fuerteventura). I simply cannot recommend, and I’m not sure this company complies with consumer law with regard to purchases and exchange. My recommendation would be that you purchase your clothes from a more reputable company. I wish I had checked out some of the reviews before purchasing from there.
Cheap useless flip flops that broke after one day of use, unfortunately was on holiday in Coralejo and didn't think to keep the receipt. Avoid this store that looks like it sells quality but really sells extremely poor quality items.
Positives:
- high variety
- the cheapest shoes I could find
- delivery was fast
Negatives:
- the quality leaves much to be desired (got holes and scratches after just 6 months of usage)
