Delivery time for footstool costing nearly £170 quoted 2-7 days , called customer services on 7th day and they said they would refer to warehouse . Called customer services day 8 at 3.30pmphone but lines not manned although website says 9am-6pm . Sent an enquiry which was answered and said again. They would refer to warehouse . I asked in another email for a refund and was answered they would refer AGAIN to warehouse and refer request for refund to manager . Day 10 still no answer , no delivery date and no refund - shocking behaviour .

Terrible service and product arrived damaged. Trying to get a return– they book a collection but nobody arrives. Time wasters. AVOID.

Ordered a coffee table over a month ago, company only shipped the base not the top. Impossible to get hold of customer service - phone lines are switched off and sporadically reply to emails requesting the same thing over and over but not actually resolving anything. Absolute shambles. Will have to resort to a chargeback to get my money back it seems.

I ordered a piece of furniture due for delivery within 2 - 5 days. I have never had an update from them. Their online chat bot is useless, they never answer the phone. Even reaching on instagram got me nowhere. I can only conclude that I've been scammed and my item will never arrive.
