False advertising. Most clothes (and I’ve ordered over $200 from this company) are not as advertised. They’ll say “linen” when in fact it’s 100% polyester. They’ve got all my money they’ll ever get and I hope to deter others from wasting theirs with this review. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I placed on order on 4 Dec 22. I've had no update on this order.. Sent an email chasing this on the 14 Dec 22. Still no update. Second email sent today (20 Dec 22).

I appreciate there's currently Royal Mail strikes, but the lack of communication is terrible. I'm beginning to feel I've been scammed and have lost my money.

The ordering process was seamless. You guys made it easy every step of the way. You committed to the date and time of the delivery. Plus it was so simple to just pay via BenefitPay.
My niece was over the moon when I gifted her the Exploding Kittens game. In fact, we started playing right away and it was fun.

You need to correct the number of players for Dixit on your site. It should be 3-6. I feel the delivery charge is too high, especially since you don't have a pickup option.

Inside the Box was very helpful. They gave me the details that I requested. I had been confused between two board games, and by providing the right details they gave me information to know what would I enjoy more.

They took into consideration all requests with regards to delivery. I even had a small mishap where I forgot to put in a discount code for delivery but they helped me out with it by adding it themselves.

Over all happy with the service. They have a wide range of board games and can't wait to get more for game nights!

I made a purchase from Inside the Box following a recommendation from my son who, in turn, was recommended by his friends. I was able to contact them via whats app whilst making my purchase online and they were very polite and helpful. My order was delivered to my house at a pre arranged time within 2 days. They have a good selection of games and puzzles and my only criticism would be get more!
