Insight Bay Reviews

Written by the company

Insight Bay is an online one-to-one STEM tuition practice founded and taught by Abhishek Dabas, an aerospace engineer who has been teaching students individually since 2015. He holds an MSc in Astronautics and Space Engineering from Cranfield University and a BEng in Aerospace Engineering, and spent years designing spacecraft systems before teaching full time. Every class is taught by him personally: no assistants, no outsourcing and no rotation between tutors. The person who assesses your child is the person who teaches them, from the first class to the last. We work with students from Kindergarten through Grade 12 in Mathematics, Physics, Space Exploration, Flight Theory, and Six Sigma and Project Management. We prepare candidates for the Digital SAT, AP Calculus, AP Physics, IB Mathematics AA and AI, GCSE and IGCSE, A-Level, and the UK university admissions tests MAT, TMUA and STEP. Beyond the Syllabus work covers competition mathematics, Physics Olympiad and independent projects for students who have finished what school has to offer. Classes run live on Zoom with a shared interactive whiteboard, at one consistent weekly hour in your own time zone. Every class is recorded and shared with you, and you receive a written note after every class and a progress report every two weeks, so you always know precisely where your child stands. A parent may join any class, at any time, unannounced. Every family begins with a complimentary 45-minute assessment: a real class with real teaching, not a sales call, followed by a private conversation about your child's level and goals. There is no charge and no obligation. All fees, from a single class to a full academic year, are published openly on our website, and the first two classes of any programme are refunded in full if it is not the right fit. Insight Bay teaches families across the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and Australia.See more
