Very easy to reach and they always respond to my phone calls. Sometimes they do get busy and have delayed responses at times requiring follow up (at times). Otherwise, very good company to work with and makes things easier for someone running their own healthcare business. They are also experts at getting providers credentialled and very quickly too!
