What I I like about Insightful is the customer support, this is the most important aspect of vendor-client relationship, also, they have a KB and well verse chat support, may I suggest a 24x7 chat support (if you don't have it) since we have are on different time zones, that would be a big improvement for those in Asia-Pacific region.

Run away from this company
Run away from this company! They will bill you for services that don't work. Their website and tracking code are not safe at all. They will even bill you after you cancel. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

At Insightful, we take pride in offering a flexible solution that allows each company to define what is neutral or productive according to their unique needs. We believe that productivity metrics should be tailored to each organization, rather than imposing a one-size-fits-all standard.
To conclude, your hours were tracked as "neutral" simply because the apps and websites you were using weren't marked as "productive" by your account admin.
Regarding time calculations, we want to assure you that our system is designed to be highly customizable. Account admins have full control over setting and adjusting time calculations to align with your company’s specific requirements.

The percentage of productivity not accurate
I can never go on productivity %. The percentage of productivity is not calculating correctly. unless there is a way to set this up, Sometimes some productivity hours are more than others however the percentage productivity sometimes shows less for a staff member who has more productivity hours.

I understand your concern. It's a setting on Insightful's admin dashboard, and you can discuss changing it with the admin of your account.
From what I got based on your comment, it seems that you currently calculate productivity % as total productive hours/ total work time, and you can change that to be calculated as total productive time / 8 hours.
