Udit is a very cordial and professional representative. He takes time to hear my concerns and he reports back on his findings and what work he did.

Gurmeet was very professional and did wonderful job

My contract was for one year and ended at the end of 2024.
The contract states that I must respect the first year, which I did, and that after that, the annual contract will be terminated and services will continue, but only seasonally, unless otherwise notified by the owner.

Is this the cancellation service?

Which has been done multiple times.

Despite everything, I continue to receive services and, of course, pay the bills, despite my numerous requests to terminate the service.

I no longer have a contract with them. I have sent multiple termination notices, received no response, and the technician continues to come.

Insight Pest Solutions email me to said "A service technician will come to your home to perform pest control service on 08/28/2025 between 9-1."

They say there's no contract and they send me another technician less than two days later. And they don't even check my availability.

Yug was very helpful.
We've been having issues with mice for years and more recently with wasps and earwigs, especially when it's wet. Looking forward to seeing how this service performs. The team was great so far, took out a visible wasp nest and did everything quickly and efficiently.

Gurmeet was excellent. He made sure to contact me before arriving at the property. We were not at the property but he assured me he completed the job and let me know when he was finished.

Insight Pest Control takes care of any pests insects or other pests on our property. Our service rep Udit is very helpful and listens to all concerns and takes care to solve the issues. We have been very happy with all the services and Reps.

I'd give zero, if i could, though I suppose the customer service deserves 1 for taking all of my frustration on the phone.

It's been 5 months since we started service with Insight and our roach, spider, and fly problem proceed to get worse. I saw our first ant in the house yesterday, so hopefully that doesn't become an issue too.
Worst of all was the door to door salesman for Insight named Xander Hartner. He lied to us when we signed up and said we could cancel any time with no charge. My wife was there, heard him say the same thing. Asked to sign the contract saying it says the same thing he told us. Guess what? Nope, locked us into a 1 year contract and it costs $350 to cancel.

So we now have a service that doesn't work from a business that lies to its customers. Bunch of con artists.

Please do yourself a favor and tell anyone that comes to your door from this company to kick rocks, and find another company that doesn't lie and actually works!
