The filter is great, but the company is utterly incompetent.
I placed the order 8th October and didn't get the filter until 28th October. The only reason I got it then was because I chased them to ask where it was.
The first time I was told the order hadn't been placed because I hadn't completed it online or some rubbish to that effect. My account showed it had been shipped so that wasn't right. I then spoke to another team who said there had been an issue but it would be sent out and with me 'by Monday'. When it didn't arrive I emailed to be told it was out for delivery that day (Tuesday) but it showed I had not made payment - the 2nd time I was accused of not paying and the 2nd time I sent over the screenshot from my bank confirming payment was taken 8/10 when I ordered. To this I received no reply, no apology. The company is beyond incompetent, I will not be ordering anything again - we're changing the hot water tap system instead.

I was incredibly impressed by the lady who helped us on the phone. She was extremely knowledgeable and took us through all the necessary google searches to locate everything we needed. She was remarkable.

Our hot water tap tank gave up after over 10 years . Customer services were very helpful and directed us to buy a new tank at a discount. It arrived two working days later.

Easy to deal with support for q&a. When item went faulty. Gave me tips to check for specific faults before engineer arrived. Managed to sort problem myself, but getting an engineer lined up to do a repair was easy with them. No fuss, so would recommend. Last insinkerstor waste disposal. lasted 8 years.

I called The customer service department and spoke to Billy who was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to help me with our steaming hot water tank, that we have in our new home. We were left no instructions by the previous owner and didn't know how to use it. Billy has sent me the user manual and explained how it all works. Thank you! Linda

I had a problem with my tank. I phoned the helpline and quickly got someone who could help. It turned out my unit was still within warranty so the person on the phone - Adrian - told me he would ship a replacement unit. We were due to be on holiday when the unit was due to arrive so Adrian gave me the case number so I could arrange delivery when I had returned home. It arrived and worked perfectly.

I had an issue with an Instant Water tap that was outside warranty but had started to leak.
The operator I spoke to offered advice over the phone and has sent a replacement part free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
Excellent service.

I called up InsinkErator customer service to request support for a heat tank that was tripping our home RCD circuit, the product was only 18 months old and I was informed the warranty period was only 12 months on the particular product. However as a good will gesture they offered to send me out a replacement unit, and gave advise and offered a discount on a filter I should use in the future. I am happy the company took responsibility for their product failing. It's rare to find this in these times. I do hope durability and product life length is high on InSinkErators agenda.

First impression was superb, "don't worry we can work through this for you". Complex issue becuase I was outside 5 year warranty but tap had been replaced already. The lady explained the secomd tap was therefore still covered and helpfully referred me onto a trader who fixed the system for me.
Although I had to have the heater replaced on my dime, I was still very satisfied

I was a bit unsure when I phoned up as some helplines can be unhelpful but the young lady at InSinkErator was very helpful and quickly put me at ease. Answered my questions and stayed with me while I looked at the YouTube instructions. I couldn't have asked for more. Certainly 10/10.
