Understood what I needed, very helpful and friendly staff!

I accepted an appointment to pick up a new mask. I phoned ahead to insure all was well.

I did not get a reply.

I waited past my appointment time - to be told the mask was not in stock!

A simple phone call, a reply to my left voicemail or an email would have saved me the trip

From my first interaction (on the phone with Megan) and subsequent in store visit with Jennifer, I can only describe my visit and purchase as positive.
Jennifer was extremely helpful in explaining and helping with the process and taking care of all the paperwork. It adds to the positive experience.
Lee was very professional and obviously very knowledgeable. His advice and suggestions were greatly appreciated.
Aside from all the obvious items like customer service etc., what is very clear is the great teamwork among all the associates, which makes the overall customer experience terrific.
I highly recommend this location.

The ladies at Inspiair (Ogilvie Rd Ottawa location) have worked diligently and well to provide me with a suitable CPAP machine and mask! Furthermore, they have fought for full funding by Ontario Works so I wouldn't have to pay anything which I can't afford!!

The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Went in looking for information on a travel CPAP unit and the young ladies were super nice and answered all my queries.

VERY EXPENSIVE!! I purchased a Resmed N30i cpap mask/head set and was shocked at the price of $256 but proceeded thinking the prices had gone up like everything else. However when I checked the price online and found it to be $154 at CPAPmachines.ca and even as low as $125 on another site (half what Aspire charged). I was really upset and felt cheated so I returned the next day with the unused mask and they refused to take it back. My advice for anyone needing to purchase/replace CPAP equipment, check online first. I wouldn't have minded a $20 difference to support a local business but $100 +, that's ridiculous.

Renee in the Ottawa East location (Ogilvie Road) made getting started with CPAP therapy a comfortable and easy experience! She is very knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. Thank you Renee!

Great staff, very understanding and professional. As a first time user of CPAC, the staff made me feel at ease.

Wendy took exceptional care of me. She explained everything I needed to know - nothing more and nothing less. She was very professional, extremely knowledgable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Lee is an outstanding RT. He takes the time to make sure your mask is comfortable. I highly recommend seeing him. He is very knowledgeable and kind.

We i had my phone appointment this morning it was short and well organized
At the in person Priscilia was effective, she explained what i needed to know for my new machine and asked if i understood well, if i had other question. No rush everything with a smile

I found that all the staff I dealt very friendly, knowledgeable During my 1 hour visit. They were extremely thorough explaining the operation of my new CPAP machine. Since my initial visit, I had a follow up phone call, re: my usage during the first few days of use and they offered me a review appt.

Very professional and informative.
Highly recommended them for anyone interested in a CPAP
