My former employer moved our 401K…

My former employer moved our 401K accounts to this company. Getting access to my money was such a hassle. I ended up accepting their card, but it’s been a terrible experience. They arbitrarily put restrictions on my card & prevented me from accessing my money. They’re the worst financial institution I’ve ever encountered. I made sure to make my networks aware so that they could close their accounts. Customer service is an absolute joke.

This company is the absolute worst

This company is the absolute worst.
I have an old HSA from a previous employer, and then rolled my funds into Inspira.
I have been trying to go through the process to roll my funds into another fund with my financial advisor, but numerous phone calls with completely inept customer service have failed to do anything for me. The customer service person tells me that they can't do anything until I go through their online system, but I can never get through it--it always completely locks up and fails to authenicate me.
I am almost to the point of giving up--I don't know why they even bother sending me statements when I don't have access to my own money.
If you are an employer, absolutely DO NOT use this company. And if you are an employee, if you give them any money, odds are you don't get anything back.
Consider yourself warned.

Received a statement out of the blue…

Received a statement out of the blue because i had some money from an old employer.. they could not tell me - due to privacy reasons?????? the name of the employer that deposited an old forgotten IRA. That was strange as hell! also so much time was spent repeating things because of the extremely heavy accent for the person answering the phone. That was brutal AF

I had two small accounts that were…

I had two small accounts that were transferred to Inspira upon me leaving my previous employment. I tried to use their software to close and transfer the balance of my funds. It could not be done digitally. Their excuse was their system is busy. WHAT?! Then they sent PDFs to facilitate took them 5 tries and I have yet to get the funds from one of the accounts. Additionally, the fees they stated were three times what they said.

I would not let these clowns handle my investing. Seems they intentionally make this difficult. If you are considering Inspira DO NOT DO IT! Complete incompetence!

Provided a durable POA out of Florida…

Provided a durable POA out of Florida allowing either Attorney-In-Fact to complete any and all transactions, etc. Legal department at Inspira requiring documentation and additional signed documents from Inspira on all AIF before they will accept the POA for ANY of the AIF. I have dealt with 5 other companies handling issues for my sister utilizing this POA and have never had this happen. They will now lose their house to Medicaid - thank you Inspira for harming an 82 and 88 year old.

Unable to to use funds due to Inspira…

Unable to to use funds due to Inspira not mailing replacement to expired card. Have requested new card via calls and when followup no record of sending. Refuse to overnight card. Now again waiting again on card that should arrive within 10 business days. Very questionable practices.

Inspira is very hard todo business…

Inspira is very hard todo business with. Who has ever heard of a company that all reps have trhe same email. You can never talk to a person in the correct department. Purchasing a new home and spent over 10 hours on hold with no resolution for my closing.

Customer service not timely and poor

customer service takes a while to get in touch with. they didnt save any information from a previous call. they ask a ton of irrelevant questions.

Employer rolled an IRA to Inspiria

Employer rolled an IRA to Inspiria. Inspiria sends a letter with acct info. that was incorrect, did not work. Called Cust Svc. and painstakingly filled out online forms that failed to save due to their server errors. Then they send docusign to complete.

Inspiria systems and processes are horrific and need to be completely updated.

Not an end customer focused company and I would not recommend ever relying upon them.

As close to bank fraud as it gets

These people were sent several thousand dollars of my retirement funds by a former employer who removed them from my 403(b) without my permission. I was not informed of the transfer and when it finally came to my attention several months later (via 1099-R), the company could not provide me with access to my funds due to a 'technical issue'. I spent FOUR hours on the phone trying to straighten this out. Ready for the punch line? It's going to cost me $25 to have them close an account I never set up and was not given access to.

Very slow to process withdrawals, if ever

Very slow to process withdrawals, if ever. They have screwed up my financial goals/plans more than once. Does anyone even work in their building? So fishy... I am DONE with this company. UGH UGH UGH x 1,000,000

Get your money out as quickly as possible

Apparently I had a Rollover IRA from a previous employer that was put into Inspira in 2021. I had no clue it existed and they took a $45 fee (among others) every single year without contacting me and took over $250 in various fee over the life of the account. And when I finally realized and worked with Fidelity to roll it over they took a $25 "account closing fee." What? There wasn't a ton of money in the account to begin with but the fees have whittled it down to basically nothing. Thanks for nothing Inspira.

They purposely make it difficult to…

They purposely make it difficult to access your account, so you don't transfer out, and they get to charge fees... I have been trying to get my IRA distributed for over 3 months. Their website takes 45 mins to load each step and there's 5 of them.. Then you get to the 2fa text and it takes 50 mins to send a code that is already expired. You call, they request verification documents, you send them, they get lost, repeat the entire process.. Get your money out asap, at this rate it will be a year long process to even get access to your money.

Something insanely fishy going on here, wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a giant ponzi scheme, and everyone’s money has already been spent by this fraud of an institution.

I’m having to get an attorney to get access to my money, this is how insane they are.
