I love the online ordering system
I love the online ordering system. I needed Dulux extra bright matte paint in green paint. This is not carried in store anywhere in Albany. But this ordering system allowed me to order from my tablet even outsiders shop hours and have it ready for me to collect in a few days. When picking up paint got some painting accessories that are excellent quality. Service is excellent.

Do not use the online ordering system
Placed an order online to collect. When I arrived I was told the stock system online was not linked to their stock so they did not in fact have my order. The customer service rep did his best but as it was time sensitive that I have the product this was an issue. I called their customer service number 10 times that day to be continually disconnected without them answering and I sent an email to their customer sales and service and so far no response day 4 now. The local rep had to make a lot of calls to try and get it over night shipped but this is not a frustration locals should have to deal with due to a poorly thought out, executed and supported online ordering initiative. Poor form on head office, felt very bad for the local team.
