Another visit to the Balcatta store today. I'm on a roll guys. Served by the wonderful Vesna and last visit by the one and only Paris. Excellent knowledge of paint products and happy to engage in banter with a little ol' Boomer. Quinton served me the time before that and he too blinded me with his customer service skills ie carried paint out to my car! Thank you all for taking the time to resolve my issues and make painting a little more pleasurable. You are all amazing. You, too, Az! 🤗 (Disclaimer: I do not know the staff here. I went to the shop 10 minutes before closing and I was worried that they would have rushed me through, but instead a lady spent a lot of time helping me

For the past two years I have been ordering my paint and accessories online through Inspirations Paint and my go to store is Balcatta. I find it so much easier than hanging around Bunnings waiting for service, my order is always ready when I visit and the prices are just as good as Bunnings if not cheaper! Service is great, staff are always ready to help you with any queries and even carry your items out to your car. Glad I found them and won't use anyone else!

Click and collect was fast and paint was mixed properly. Definitely better than getting paint at Bunnings.

Could not ask for more patient & knowledgeable service. Despite being a small project (touching up rattan chairs), the lady gave me really helpful advice, had to repeat everything countless times as well! It turned out to be a very rewarding & pleasant experience. Took me forever to find my voucher as well but it wasn't an issue as the lady concerned was able to serve another customer in the interim. Thanks again!

I was charged $169 x2 for 2 tubs of Dulux Acratex green render seal
The next day I ordered online and got it for $151. Thats too large a difference and no refund was offered. They told me it was because of Covid that they are encouraging online sales and somehow you are penalised for going there in person. What a lot of nonesense, just like Covid
