The Customer service was very poor
The Customer service was very poor. I ordered a 2L paint online and then was called and told they only have the 1L paint. I never received a refund for this. I then called back and asked if I could just purchase 2 of the 1 Litres and the lady said she'd tint two up for me. When I went to click and collect the gentleman said he could only find one of them. I asked if he could check again as the lady on the phone had said she'd tint both up and I was turned away and told to call again and order if I needed more. Never refunded for the 2L and now do not have enough paint to complete my project.

Good website, fairly easy to use except if you make a menu selection it doesn't lock in and you have to skirt around the other menus to get to your selection box. Good click and collect service.
