I've been a customer 4 or 5 times now, attempting to paint a recently purchased house because no-one is available or affordable for me in my rural area. I'm completely inexperienced with painting and needing all the advice I can get. I'm always looked after and the staff spent time asking and answering questions to ensure I've got what I need and know how to use it. Thank you.

Customer service totally lacking, waited at least ten minutes and no one even bothered to come and serve me or even acknowledge I was there, disgraceful customer service, don’t bother with this place go somewhere else.

Customer parking close to shop, fast service, good explanation and knowledge or products.

A+ for service and honesty. I will be back.

It is a joy to talk paint and painting equipment at Inspiration Paint. The staff are delightful, professional, friendly and knowlegable. Nothing is too much trouble for them, matching old paint to styling a new colour scheme and which tools are needed. Their prices are very competitive too. It's the only place I go to now for all my painting needs. I highly recommend this company.

I recently purchased Zinnser for a small job in my kitchen. Forgot to get a small roller. Returned a couple of days later, was helped by a different sales assistant. Both young women gave me their undivided attention, and helpful advice . It was pleasant to be in the store, always my experience in an Inspirations store. I would encourage anyone who asked to shop there.

I am a 68 year old non handy female. I have a large painting project in train in a newly purchased old Queenslander. I'm not too experienced on product selection. That said, the young woman on staff was exceptionally helpful in assisting me re paint choice, colour choice, volume of paint required and brushes and rollers. She suggested I join the Paint Club which gives me discounts and records my purchases,which will be helpful down the line for repainting once I've forgotten which paint I used previously. Well located in the CBD, with on site parking, and helpful staff, what's not to like!

We have been in store several times deciding on colours and have found all staff friendly and helpful in our choices of the colour charts! We will be back when we buy the paint.

I had struggled to match a paint at several stores yet the help I received here at Inspirations Paint Bundaberg was exceptional. They really worked hard to get a close match and after getting twol sample pots I am pleased to say that one was a near perfect match.... well worth giving them a try. Make sure you speak to the lady as she was the one with exceptional skill.
She was also very helpful with advice on prepping my paint surface before I start my project.

First visit to store. Expected dearer prices than what was displayed. Staff member was very helpful and knew her product knowledge. Good customer relations. Thank you.
