Great company with dam good customer service

I would rate my experience dealing with Inspirations Capalababa as excellent. From my initial phone call to my visit to the store the next day, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, efficient and polite. On leaving the store, I was very comfortable in undertaking my painting project. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this business .

The lady who served us was very helpful and friendly. She spent a while with us offering advice and answering our queries. We were after some seconds paint for our dog kennel and were surprised on the how much cheaper it was than other places we looked.

Excellent friendly service with staff who really know their products and provide great advice on what's needed for a project. Also very happy to cover my many many questions.

Went in looking for chalk paint inspiration. I found the Capalaba store display well laid out with all the inspiration at my finger tips. The lovely young lady was only too happy to help guide me and was kind enough to not hover over me while I made my selection.

I went into the store with no idea, I was welcomed by a friendly staff member that listened to me about the project I was undertaking. He recommended the products I needed, and also give me advice on how to prepare the surface and apply the paint.I have completed the project, and I am really happy with the finish. These guy’s are professionals on not only sell products, but how to do the project with products supplied.

Service was prompt & informed, friendly. Being open on Saturday a plus for people who work through the week.

Ordered and paid for paint shown on the web site. Received an email to confirm order but next day as I was nearly about to leave home for one hour trip to pick up from the store I received a phone call to say the paint was unavailable. Surely if paint is not available this should be shown on the website and my order payment shouldn’t be processed. I haven’t checked my bank account to see if my payment has been reversed and received no email to confirm this. I have since bought 15 litres of a better quality Australian paint with excellent service at a price $100 cheaper! It seems Dulux and Inspirations are only interested in your money and not providing good service.

I received some good advice on options with paint, as well as information where I can get an alternative that Inspiration does not stock.

Guys were very friendly and very helpful. Told me exactly what I would need. A quick easy visit to their store. Got a discount by signing up, and even let me take my dog in with me. Why wouldn’t you shop there!!!

The young man was knowledgeable and confident in his helpful assistance when serving me with exterior paint for our house which also has metal window frames. He understood immediately the colour palette I was interested. Thank you.

Great service, advice and products

Excellent friendly and personal service and no more expensive than large paint and hardware stores!
