Great customer service

I can't fault the staff. I had two painting jobs where the coatings were difficult to match. The knowledge & help the staff gave, really impressed me.

I went into the store to just wanting paint for garden edging. The helpful attendant then informed me that there are so many surfaces with metal/steel that require special treatment, otherwise the paint will peel. So, with a phone call to my supplier, the attendant was able to determine the type of steel I was using and then the type of paint I needed. He explained the prep required, then sourced the products. After mixing, he then carried my tins to vehicle and loaded them. Thank you so much.

Very helpful team.Took down a photo of the paint lid with the particulars on it that we used for some other rooms and they matched it up perfectly. You need paint or any painting accessories this is the place to go.

I felt that every member I dealt with (went back 4 times in one week) were really helpful, kind and respectful. They were happy to answer all my questions and provided lots of options and alternatives. They provided recommendations and allowed me the space to decide what I wanted. I really love my new ladder and feel so comfortable painting high reach areas. I am really enjoying painting our various projects and greatful for the advice to utilise a Colourbond colour for my windows and trimmings because this would make it easier for us to colour match for when we go ahead with painting our roof. I wish I met the team when prior to starting our project but it won't be the last time I visit.

I live well out of town so I truly appreciate shopping where I receive excellent customer service and advice.

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly, and asked if we could be helped. When we stated what we wish to achieve, we were given precise and concise info for our project in a respectful manner. The reasons for their advice was also explained fully.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also make it easy to shop with the kids as they love playing in the cubby house. It's the only shopping they want to do with Dad!

I didn’t know what to expect going into a professional’s paint store being a DIY painter but I was pleasantly surprised, I was welcomed just like a tradie painter which made me relax and not feel intimidated by the professionals around me.
Jean was so helpful with all of my needs and answered all my questions and gave me some handy tips..The store itself was very impressive in the way everything was displayed and easy to find with great prices to rival any other hardware store in town,
