I infrequently buy small quantities of paint. The guys at Inspirations Maroubra are super helpful and cheerful. They continue to provide good service via the car park through the COVID restrictions.

Online ordering procedure was simple and effective. Promptly notified of pickup procedures. Store open at back only - did not notice signs indicating this - they could be more prominent. Picked up from back hassle-free. Received a reminder to collect the following day, even though I had already collected. Okay, there were a few insignificant hiccups, but will definitely use again. Overall a positive experience.

I ordered maverick 2 inch wall brushes…
I ordered maverick 2 inch wall brushes . And you sent me inferior cheaper maverick brushes and told me the packaging had changed . Dishonest will not be using your shop again . I'm a professional painter and decorator and have spread the word through my team . Dulux trade centre isn't a far drive away will be using them in future. ******* Just had a reply from trust pilot saying that Maroubra inspirations paint had their packaging for maverick paint brushes updated . That is false . Inspirations paint has got nothing to do with maverick paint brush packaging ... I'm not sure how they can even try to b.s like this . Also they claimed the brushes quality had not changed the brushes I was given had inferior quality ferral inferior bristles and inferior timber handle even. Go to any inspirations paint shop or Dulux trade centre and they still have the brushes I
paid for but did not receive . Crooks.

Thanks for your feedback.
I've spoken to the Maroubra store and they've explained the situation.
Our Maverick packaging was updated 18 months ago and the range also changed slightly. Previously we had interior and exterior Maverick wall brushes, but these have been consolidated into a single brush with multiple thicknesses. The high quality of these brushes has not changed however.
The Maroubra store informs me that they had spoken to you and offered to replace your used brushes free of charge for the thicker 85mm version (you purchased the 50mm brush). If you'd like to do so and try the thicker brush, their offer still stands - you just need to call them.

Thanks Jack. Maverick is an Inspirations Paint owned brand and always has been. We changed our packaging 18 months ago, but the actual product has not changed and is still the same high quality you remember. The offer still stands from the Maroubra store to replace your used items free of charge. Ultimately we want you to be happy with the products you've chosen, even if it's not our brands you choose. Ordered online - doesn’t stock item
Ordered online, paid and confirmed. Only to be called at time of collection they do not stock my item at their store. Waste of time and effort. One star is for speedy refund.
