Great service as always, guys couldn't be more helpful even with the online purchasing when it was necessary.

I was very happy with the customer service T the store. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I however, was not happy with the ‘so called online credit’. It turned out to be a nightmare and I ended up paying full price instead of having a discount of $20. When I spoke to a representative on the phone they said they would direct the complaint to the finance person. Waiting to here either by email or phone

As there was no entry into the store I purchased click and collect. However, when picking up I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time while staff served customers with paint colour selections. My suggestion would be an option for quick pick up rather than waiting in a line to be served. A pick up only lane for example. Also had to stand outside in the direct sunlight waiting. Thanks

Efficient way to order paint, SMS advised when it was ready for pick up, which was the requested time. Friendly, helpful service from staff.

Inspirations Paints Nowra went above and beyond for our order when it was discovered that we could not collect and we were outside the delivery area. Their solution: a kind staff member dropped off our paint the same day on their way home at no charge. Top service!. National website needs to be more specific/accurate about delivery areas though.

Great help over the phone before I placed my click and collect order. They rang to check the order with me. Everything was ready on time just as I ordered.

I ordered just one litre of Porters paint online. When I arrived to pick it up, I realised I had not taken my face mask with me so rang to ask what to do. A staff member (don't know her name) offered to bring the paint out to me in the carpark. She then went above what was necessary and went back inside to get me a new facemask in case I needed one (which I did) before driving home. I think that was exceptional service. All other aspects of my purchase were very good.

I was very impressed by the friendly atmosphere within the store . The professional attitude of the staff , the recognition that I needed help in my choice of paint etc. and the courteous manner in which they help me with my purchase makes stores like bunnings look very ordinary in comparison. If your painting problem needs a solution then look no further. it has taken me 76 years to find the paint store for me.
