I went there on Wednesday and purchased chalk paint at Paint Inspirations Oxenford to paint furniture. The staff were polite, beyond helpful and very friendly. Everything has turned out perfectly thanks to the help and suggestions. Thank you guys.

Good customer service as soon as I walked in. Had the products I needed and have me a box to carry it out the store.

I popped into the shop to try and get some touch-up paint which had been discontinued . Jaime did not have the paint but went far and beyond in searching for this paint .She found the company who had originally supplied the panel shop( in Redcliffe) some 9 years earlier . I was pretty gobsmacked with the effort that she had gone to for no financial reward to the business.
So for my next two paint projects , I was not going anywhere else but back to Paint Inspirations in Oxenford. This time Noelene took the batten from Jaime and was also brilliant at her job. Needless to say that I will return there for yet another paint challenge...a 1978 Yamaha paint colour challenge. I am confident that the two very experienced and courteous women who previously assisted will do a sensational job again.
Keep up the great work ladies !

The Team at the Oxenford Store were fabulous. the were all bright happy people very eager to assist me and friend. and they all had great knowledge of there products. Customer Service was A1. Excellent

Absolutely amazing store, there are four regular male staff members that help me frequently with amazing customer service,(attend to me straightaway, ask how my painting project is going, advise me what products I should be using if needed, take my purchases to my vehicle for me).

The service and advice I received gave me confidence to take on the project.

After using a different paint previously, and stock nowhere to be had on the Gold Coast, I went to Inspirations, Oxenford. I was enthusiastically greeted by Jaime who then dealt with my enquiry professionally. She even made suggestions if that paint needed tweaking to come back. In fact, I did that the following day with my sample [the whole chair], and she colour-matched and tinted the paint to perfection. My project is now completed and I am thrilled.
I know that I can go back as she kept a record of the tint. From now on - this will be my paint shop of choice. Well done!!! There's more painting to be done - can't wait to complete other projects!!
