We did click n collect Was there at the appointed time and waited and waited Finally served but given only half what we ordered Showed the girl the order form so she went and got the rest of the order but somehow gave us / or substituted different rollers that what we paid for . I’ve tried ringing the store No answer So sent a email but still waiting on a reply Nit impressed this time Usually their awesome

Was disappointed in the process for claiming the $20 saving online, when I was in the Ulladulla store. The web page was not that easy too negotiate. The girls at Ulladulla were very good, helping with claiming the saving.

Nicole goes to great trouble to find the right product, contact us when she says she will and record all the paints we’ve bought so we can match them when we need to repaint. A great service.

IP Ulladulla is my ‘go to’ place for all painting and timber treatment needs. Every staff member, I’ve dealt with, is able to competently respond or my questions and provide reasonable solutions to help with my projects. I’ve recommended IP Ulladulla to friends who previously simply went to Bunnings. They report positive experiences as well. Look forward to continued great service and advice.
