No warning for when current term was ending via email or letter. Then rolled me over to a rate that was triple my previous rate

Buying RECs

You guys are just buying RECs. It's better than nothing but don't ask keep asking for feedback unless you want an honest take. For Ohio, how much is that really costing you? It's a bold "going green" campaign to just buy REC offsets. Tone it back a little or at least stretch before patting yourselves on the back so much.
