My package arrived with both ends of the box open, the product was inside, but this is a Christmas gift to send to my daughter, and I wanted it to be extra nice. I contacted the company, I received a response right away, I was told to keep the product, and a new box would be sent. The new box arrived straight away, and I was very appreciative that it was handled so fast and with no issues. Will definitely be ordering more of the kits for myself.

Have only had this type of food in a restaurant. Never cooked Indian at home. The butter masala and the tikka masala were as good as restaurant quality and relatively easy to make
