Okay...
I bought the Superstar K-pop box and unfortunately I was a bit disappointed. The delivery took a while due to warehouse issues which isn't a problem in itself, but I was left in the dark about my order status and it took about 2 weeks for shipment.
As for the product itself, I felt the quality for money was slightly lacking. A lot of the posters had orangey stains on the back of them and are quite low quality prints. I did however like the postcards and the notebooks. I would order from them again, but probably not the same type of products.

As a younger ARMY, and a K-Pop fan, the box really made my day. Though I was waiting a while because of this pandemic, it took me by surprise when I least expected it to come. I hope other ARMYs will love this as much as I did. Also, the snacks were tasty. My dad decided to keep the subscription for me 😊

Not great
The customer service was good, very polite and friendly. But my box took 8 days to dispatch (I understand given COVID but there was nothing on the website stating any issues). Box arrived today and it is quite underwhelming. All of the snacks are easily obtainable from the UK, I’ve certainly had them before, and I got some post it notes and stickers. Not really anything to write home about which is a shame.
