I am a little technically challenged and had a few questions about what music files are accepted. I had actually linked a couple of incorrect files to song names was afraid my entry would just be tossed aside because of my inability to enter the proper info. I reached out by e-mail with my questions. Katrina from Inspire More responded quickly and kindly answered my questions. She helped me correct the errors I had made. I was pleasantly surprised by her quick response and attention to assisting with my problem. I wanted to encourage anyone who might feel intimidated by the song contest entry process to give it a try and reach out to them if you need help.

Despite me making a mistake in how i filled something out, they were extremely helpful to rectify the issue very promptly and in a joyful manner. Communication and response time was great (even though the time difference to Australia is quite sufficient). Really appreciate good quality customer service.

I wanted to enter my song but wasn’t sure if I could as it wasn’t released. I wrote the support team and received a quick response from Katrina. She was super helpful to guide me on the steps to enter my song- I’m so thankful for her support in a timely fashion!

I wasn’t sure if I could enter my song, in the contest, so I sent a message to the Inspire support group. I received an email response the next day! Katrina T. helped me out and answered all my questions and concerns. She even said that I could have a discount on my entry! Great service and I went ahead and entered the contest.
An opportunity to share your unique and special message
Inspire more Christian song writers contest was enjoyable. An opportunity to share my message and original songs. When my link at first did not work inspire reached out to me. Pretty nice of them. I posted 3 songs: (1) when He shall come for kids to sing along (2) Philadelphia : word for word from Revelation ch 3 to the only church with the promise to escape the great tribulation . (3) without you. The most important message I could give about prayer is touching Christ and awareness of whom He really is.
Communication with inspire more has been very excellent and very personal. Share your message and have fun. This was my first time doing video editing software so my song could qualify to post on you tube. I learned a lot. I recommend you try it and enjoy! Love, Tony

As I pondered the possibility of submitting a song for Inspire More's music contest, I realized I needed to ask for clarification on the contest guidelines.
Within a very short while, I had an email by an actual human that completely explained the process. They also included a 15% off code to sweeten the pot.
Real responses always remind me of the professionalism of the company, and its leadership.
While customer service is supposed to answer inquiries, many ignore or take such a long time to connect, many people just move on to other things.

I was having trouble entering a songwriting contest with inspiremore, so I email them. I got a very friendly, prompt response that instructed on how to get past the hurdle I was having. It worked perfectly. Never having signed up for something like this before, it made me feel like I made the right decision. Great experience!
