Sight is easy to navigate. This is for a friend not living near me and opposite sex so the hardest question was waste size.

Well the shoes hurt my feet and one shoe is bigger than the other I actually walk out of the heel ! They are not what I expected at all !

I ordered a back brace. There were no instructions but I tried it on and it was not comfortable, plus it obstructed my ostomy pouch. I contacted customer service for a return authorization and was told they sent the correct item so I couldn't return it. After 6 emails, with varying offers from $10 to $15 credit for another one of their products (but no returns) I finally contacted the better business bureau. The site states there is a 30 day return policy, but the only reason they accept a return if it's the wrong item or size. What a scam!

I had a problem with the purchase that I made, and I complained about it. I was a little upset from the reply that I got, but then I realized it was not Inspire Uplift that was the problem. Part of it was me for not understanding sizes and this company does not offer refunds. They did offer me an amount of money off of a future purchase which I accepted and have not used. But there were a number of people who worked there that contacted me and they were all very kind. It is a reputable company and I really wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. I appreciate that they did follow up each time I wrote to them.

By far Inspire Uplift is the worst company i have worked with. Their carrier SpeedX attempted to deliver to our business location on a Sunday, that attempt was unsuccessful. Then my package was sent back to carriers sorting center 60 miles away from our location. When I contacted Inspire Uplift i was asked to call and work directly with SpeedX (their carrier) who i don't even know who they are and we are not their customer. I keep getting automatic responses from Inspire Uplift as to how satisfied i am with their service, based on my explanation what is happening with my order do you think i should be satisfied? Furthermore, the tracking number that was given to me its not even valid, also the phone number that i was given to call the carrier SpeedX its not in service. I can assure you that all the 5-star reviews that are shown on Inspire Uplift those are paid people to write positive review. So, if you want to buy product sold by Inspire Uplift and get a run around if there's an issue with the order than go for it, otherwise i would look for other suppliers.

Inspire uplift sent me a watch with no charging cable. Try to send the whole thing back and they wouldn’t send me a shipping label. they said this is what I ordered.

I thought I was dealing in AUD. Came as a bit of a shock to see that it was in fact USD. That made a 50% increase. Think if you advertise in Australia you should use AUD not USD.

My wife ordered a hot/cold water dispenser and wanted to return the product because it was poorly built. Soft plastic like something that would go in your kids playhouse. Really poor quality product for the price you paid. Kept getting the run around when trying to return the produc. Very bad customer service. Can't reach them by listed phone number. Attempted emailing and constantly gets excuses. They do not advertise anything saying you can't return the item. Beware any purchase from them means you brought the item regardless of your satisfaction.

Use for deep sea fishing and playing Pickleball outdoors.
