I have used ITC for over 20 years and they have never failed to deliver service and value. Even if you are not travelling business class they meet and greet you on the outward journey and whisk you through the baggage drop as if you're travelling first class!

My trip arranged by local travel agent Andy Hollins and staff at TF TRAVEL in Leek alongside Nikhil at Inspiring Travel was fantastic. I loved every minute from stepping outside my front door to return. The hotels and staff have been amazing. The guides so knowledgeable and helpful.
It is hard to pick out specific people as everyone has gone beyond my expectations with their help.
I would like to thank Ambrish for accommodating my last minute changes. Also the chef at Ranthonborne for exceptional food and my doggy treats..also Brijesh Joshil my guide of the tour, clever witty, and fun.

Lastly and most importantly I would liketo thank Mayank Kumar for guiding me through this journey with his fabulous driving skills. He was so professional, helpful, very punctual with a perfectly clean and fell
, stocked vehicle. He was flexible accommodating my preferred early morning starts. We had many long journeys which were informative and I always felt so safe with him. Always available to contact if I needed anything and deffo my Champion of the tour alongside the organisers..

We were very impressed with our help through LHR and Phuket airports.
For us it was a long trip and although we are seasoned travellers, to bypass long queues and continue our journey without hassle was exceptional.
The hotel recommendation suited us perfectly.

Really good trip to South Africa that was personalised by Greig and had incredible variety from Rovos Rail down to Cspe town throughout western Cape and on to Shamwari game reserve

This was our second personalised trip organised meticulously by Nikhil . Our 1st being Sri Lanka & the 2nd to Indian from where we have just returned a week ago after spending 17 days travelling & experiencing amazing locations & accommodations . At each & everyone we were treated so well by the wonderful staff . After being a little unsure as to what to expect we were so very surprised by the level of service & the beauty that India has to offer . We were made to feel at home & all the staff at every destination can not be faulted . We wouldn't use anyone else for our long haul holidays . We cannot recommend Nikhil enough. Absolutely fantastic holiday. This holiday exceeded all expectations. Nikhil our main travel agent was exceptional! He tailored our trip to India by “ interviewing “ us to find out what we expected and used his expertise and contacts in India to make sure everything went smoothly from hotels, tour guides and exceptional drivers ( especially Mr Pinku) who totally looked after us. We have just returned from an incredible 5-week journey around South India and Kerala, and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience. A very special thank you goes to Nikhil Chhibber who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

Nikhil’s skill in planning such a long and detailed itinerary was exceptional. Organising five weeks across multiple destinations could have been a challenge but he handled every detail with precision and care. His knowledge of South India and Kerala was evident in every recommendation — from cultural highlights and scenic routes to hidden gems we would never have discovered ourselves.

What really stood out was his genuine passion for making sure we had a wonderful time. He listened carefully to what we wanted from the trip and tailored everything to suit us perfectly. Every hotel exceeded expectations and offered excellent value for money. It was clear he had personally considered comfort, location, and overall experience when selecting each one.

Wonderful holiday at Cobblers Cove in Barbados. We have booked holidays with ITC four times and always receive excellent service. Lucy organised an excellent holiday for us from booking , to transfers and activities on the island. She was so helpful and professional. Many thanks also for a lovely bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday while we were away, delivered by Kerin , the ITC rep on the island, who was also really helpful and supportive during our stay.

Just returned from a fabulous holiday in Sri Lanka organised by the company. It is the third time we have used ITC and we wouldn't go anywhere else for our long haul trips. All 3 trips have been organised by Nikhil Chibber at ITC. Every trip has been planned and organised meticulously and worked like clockwork from start to finish. His expertise enthusiasm and the desire to understand our particular needs has been superb. The accommodation has always been of the highest standard and fitted our requirements perfectly making evry trip unforgetable.

This was our seventh visit which suggests we are extremely satisfied with the service, both in the UK and Antigua. We strongly recommend ITC and all the agents we interact with.

From a simple request for a holiday for my wife and I in the Caribbean, Peter put together what we hope will be the perfect package in Barbados. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Top class hotels. Flights. We are very fussy travellers and Peter dealt with everything I threw at him with such ease. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

As always,Peter Sallis at ITC advises,organises,monitors results,and always swiftly and courteously. Shangri la in Abu Dhabi provides excellent room and service. (Room 631 has magnificent photo opportunities for the Grand Mosque and spectacularly at night.)
ALL staff from Reception,Concierge,Chefs,dining room staff,pool attendants,cleaners and everywhere else provide 5 star assistance and always with a smile.The food range is cast to suit all tastes.If 6 stars are avaialble ,this hotel provides them.
Abu Dhabi itself is not a heavy proponent of advertising its tourist attractions.One has to research to find the many wonderful sights-Grand Mosque,Palace,Louvre,Natural History and Zayed Museums ,Maqta'a museum, Cultural centre,(open from 4pm)Fish,meat and vegetable markets and many more.
Taxis are easily available and my maximum fare to the furthest point was £12

The trip was very well organised from start to finish. Daniel Pound our host at the hotel and the cricket was really great.
