I’ve bought two bespoke bottles for birthdays now and both have loved them. The free socks are a bit mad but that just makes it better! More indication of turnaround time would be good but the tracking service once out for delivery is ace.

This gin creation was a Christmas gift…
This gin creation was a Christmas gift from my daughter...we had such fun picking flavours and the wording for the bottle. It was created for us very quickly and delivered to me with extras I couldn’t have imagined. The experience was great and then I tasted the gin....so smooth and the subtle flavours were just brilliant. Love my gin and will cherish the experience and bottle will be displayed.

Great idea, nice personal touches and speedy delivery ... it will have to wait to be tasted as I'm on the wagon for a while, but it will be a nice treat!
Not sure i'd pay £50 for a gin but it was a gift so I was well chuffed.

Paid for 1st Class but it came in 2nd class instead
The product was good but I paid for 1st class and the package came in 2nd class. I didn’t get the gift in time so I had to pay more money to get the product sent to my friend who lives in Birmingham.

Novice "Ginner"
i have no product knowledge on Gin whatsoever.This product is a xmas present for my son.The customer service offered to me was exceptional.I was guided through the process with ease and i am grateful for the support given by the distiller.The more than eye catching product was delivered promptly and very well packed.Hopefully i will get a small tipple from the bottle.
