I would like to commend instacoins on having a 24/7 help line. With English speaking customer service. Jack was very impressive. His patience and knowledge of the issues are phenomenal. He has a outgoing personality and a true genuinely concerning energy. That's hard to come by. So many other companies would love to have him. I'm definitely a customer as a result. I'm impressed, and had to write this, because nothing suck more, than having a product with horrible customer service.

I made a purchase of bitcoin via instacoins and made a human technical error. Tried to figure it out myself😬. Customer service Assistant Dante was Awesome! Helped me resolve my issue within minutes. My advice will to be contact customer support immediately 24/7

Got my account reviewed and it went very quickly and smooth.

Re-writing my review to say that I was helped in the best way possible by multiple staff representatives here at this company. There was a misunderstanding when it came to helping me transfer my funds but this situation was handled thankfully and I want to thank the staff for their patience with me!

I used Instacoin to transfer money to my stocks broker. They asked about verification documents. I emailed all the documents they asked for. I was calling them daily and they telling me that my wire still in process. Until I thought I was scammed. But after 4 days I had my money transferred and I received my full amount. It really need some time and understanding when dealing with money transfer during this time. I appreciate the help from Instacoin and I think they are a good company and will be a big name one day.

So as long as you follow all the details there is no problems with this service. Yes they charge a lot more than going rate for bitcoin but I received mine and had no issues after confirming my details (Twice yes) but they resolved my issues and made sure my money got to where it was supposed to be. I feel many of the ratings here were due to poor communication and not verifying their identity properly.

Awesome service, fast reply, i had an issue with documents approval bu this was solved in a couple of minutes.

I was worried after reading all the negative reviews but i have to say i received an extraordinary service.

This company is horrible. They have very poor customer service. Brandon in customer support said he would help me, and then disabled chat so I wouldn't be able to write him again. They need to get a new support team. They also ignored my phone calls. When they can't fix your issues, they find a reason to block you.
